Built on the OCPP 1.6J standard
CPMS — Charge Point Management System
Ingest OCPP data from your chargers, price every session your way, issue invoices with VAT, and take payment — all in one system.
Sites and chargers
- Organise locations, stations, chargers and connectors in a clear hierarchy
- See connector status in real time — available, charging, unavailable
- Start and stop charging sessions remotely
- Monitor charger health and get alerted when a unit goes offline
- Single-line electrical diagram, from meter to connector

Pricing and billing
- Multiple pricing plans, each with rules that vary by day of week and time of day
- Charge a starting fee, per-kWh, per-minute, and an idle fee
- Assign a plan to each charger, with an organisation-wide default as the fallback
- Supports both prepaid and postpaid models
- Invoices are generated automatically when a session ends, with 7% VAT applied
- Wallet top-ups are tracked as a liability, not counted as revenue

Driver experience
- An installable web app — no App Store download required
- Sign in with LINE or a mobile OTP
- Scan the QR on the connector to start
- Watch the cost update live while charging
- Browse the station directory and see how many connectors are free
- Top up the wallet, review past sessions and invoices

Reporting for owners
- Revenue reports over any date range, with trend charts and a per-site breakdown
- Export to CSV for your accounting
- Prepaid and postpaid revenue shown separately
- Estimated CO₂ avoided, calculated from energy actually delivered
Carbon figures are a management estimate derived from delivered energy, not registered carbon credits.

Energy management
- Know the whole site's live load without installing a physical site meter
- Cap total site power so you never exceed your transformer rating
- Current is allocated across connectors automatically, with a guaranteed floor per session
- Allow or block charging by schedule — per organisation, site, charger or connector
- Stop automatically at a target battery level, on chargers that report it

For your engineers
- Send 18 OCPP commands to a charger from the console — no laptop at the unit
- Read and change charger configuration, with a history of who changed what
- Capture raw OCPP frames per charger for debugging — auto-expires after 30 minutes
- Every connection attempt is logged, including unknown chargers
- Full audit trail of user actions
